Please take time to check lead times of your item and shipping time prior purchasing.
All international orders are posted with An Post Registered postal service and will be delivered by your national post. When your package is dispatched you will get a notification sent to you with tracking information- you will be able to track your order on website provided or from your Etsy in Purchases and Reviews section.
If there is attempted delivery/ recipient absent it is your responsibility to obtain the package from post office or re-schedule delivery quoting tracking number.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON UNCLAIMED AND REFUSED PACKAGES.
I ship all items to the address that you provided on Etsy. Please make sure this is the correct and full address and if you would like to ship it to a different address please let me know at the time of purchase.

All orders are shipped from Dublin, Ireland.
All beading is stitched with thread, belts are finished with ribbon base which is also hand-stitched, none are glued.
Belts listed as applique or sew on trim/ no finish doesn't have ribbon finish or closure option as they are meant to be sewn on the garment.
All sash belts with partial or small embellishment is with long ribbon, fits all sizes- the usual length of total sash ribbon (including embellished part) is approx 3 metres/ 10 feet.Sizing details
To take your belt measurement, use a measuring tape around your waist at the position where you will naturally wear the belt, and keeping the tape as parallel to the floor as possible. Ideally, you should be wearing your dress (and the right shoes and underwear), but if that's not possible, a substitute similar dress, underwear and shoes. And to be sure you are not measuring too tight, have a little sit down with the tape on, to see if you're comfy (belts are naturally tighter when you sit down).
Please note, most belts are NOT stretchy. If unsure it is better to go with long ribbon closure.

I was very impressed with the bridal belt I received. The belt is gorgeous, very intricate and well made. The seller was very prompt in responding to all my questions, and the belt arrived super quick (1 week between ordering and receiving - shipped to US). I chose the no clasp option to sew onto the dress, this was one of the only sellers that I saw that had a belt that wrapped around completely with no clasp - my dress had a corset in the back and I did not want to tie or clasp over it. Will definitely be recommending to friends in the future!

I cannot be happier. The belt is even more beautiful in person, if that's even possible. It got to the US safely and in plenty of time, and was wrapped with such care that it made the trip as if it only went next door. Lots of extra beads were included, and an extra surprise that I'm going to include in my bouquet. This belt is more exquisite than anything I tried on at the upscale bridal shop, by far, and cost far less. The box feels like it's holding a treasure now...cannot wait to wear it! Thank you!

This belt is gorgeous! Excellent quality and fast shipping. It was packaged neatly inside an adorable pink box that I’ll reuse to store my belt. I can’t wait to wear it for my wedding. Highly recommend this shop!
